One person, a fleet of AI agents, and a set of account books anyone can read: what was spent, what broke, and what the rules refused to let through.
HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM, August 2026. Wi Works opened this month at wi.works, founded by Wi Hazumi [CHỜ WI · bản A thêm “(Trần Thiện Học)”, bản B giữ bút danh], a brand and communications strategist of ten years. It opened with three plain documents rather than a promise: the rules the house works by, the words it agrees to use, and the daily books of a working operation where one person runs a fleet of AI agents. In a year when almost every company says it is using AI, very few will show you what it cost them, or the day it went wrong. That is the gap this house was built to stand in.
The first page it offers is a page of refusals. On 2026-08-13, four of the house’s own jobs were stopped by its own rules before they could run. Every risky job here has to say in advance exactly what it is allowed to touch, and the permission it travels on expires by itself. Four of them said it wrongly, the brakes held, and no files were harmed. Each refusal is written in the book with the date beside it. The reason that day gets published ahead of the smooth ones is one sentence from the charter: a system that never refuses has not been tested.
Three numbers give the shape of the operation, and each one says where it came from. About 63 billion tokens of language have passed through the house since it began. That figure was supplied by the founder on 2026-08-13, corrected downward from his own earlier estimate, and it has not yet been re-measured by anyone else. Getting a single AI worker up to house standard before it does anything useful costs about 9,988 tokens per session on the Claude seats and about 13,710 on the Codex seats, measured on 2026-08-13, and those are floors rather than ceilings: seven layers of the cost are still unmeasured. Behind both figures sit 2,700+ hours of hands-on work. The house prints the huge number next to the tiny one on purpose, and leaves the division to the reader.
Four names carry the work, each with a different job. Wi Hazumi is the founder and author, who signs the books, the essays and the public talks. Wi Works is the organization, which signs the research and the numbers. Hazumi Maison is the product house, which brings skilled AI work to clients through three doors, sorted by one question: how far does the client’s data have to travel. DWI is the open door, where the house gives its methods and tools away to anyone learning this craft. In one line: the person builds trust, the organization sets the standard, the products earn the keep, and the open door builds the company of others.

Available now at wi.works: the charter, with four limits anyone can hold the house to, and the first entries of the house journal. The four limits are short. A client’s data never leaves the client’s own house, and the one route where that is not true is named out loud instead of hidden. The workings stay in the workshop, so what gets published is measurements and stories rather than machinery. No number goes out without saying where it came from. And every permission this house grants carries its own expiry date, so nobody has to remember to take it back.
This announcement is the first page of a longer, dated story: research, products and open tools follow over the coming weeks through their own channels, each chapter published in order. Anything corrected later will say so, with the date of the correction, because a finding that never gets revised was never really a finding.

Nhà mở bằng ba tài liệu giản dị thay cho một lời hứa: bộ luật nhà làm việc theo, bộ từ ngữ nhà cam kết dùng, và những cuốn sổ ghi hằng ngày của một guồng máy đang chạy thật, nơi một người vận hành cả một hạm đội tác tử AI. Trong một năm mà gần như công ty nào cũng nói mình đang dùng AI, rất ít nơi cho bạn xem cái giá họ đã trả, hay cái ngày mọi thứ hỏng. Đó đúng là khoảng trống mà nhà này dựng lên để đứng vào.
Trang đầu tiên nhà đưa ra là một trang từ chối. Ngày 13/08/2026, bốn việc của chính nhà bị luật của chính nó chặn lại trước khi kịp chạy. Ở đây, việc nào có rủi ro cũng phải khai trước là mình được phép chạm vào đúng những gì, và cái quyền nó mang theo thì tự hết hạn. Bốn việc khai sai, phanh giữ lại, không một tập tin nào hư hại. Mỗi lần chặn đều nằm trong sổ, có ngày ghi bên cạnh. Vì sao ngày đó được kể trước những ngày êm ả, hiến chương trả lời bằng một câu: một hệ thống chưa từng từ chối là một hệ thống chưa từng được thử.
Ba con số cho thấy hình dáng guồng máy, và con số nào cũng tự khai mình từ đâu ra. Khoảng 63 tỷ token chữ nghĩa đã chảy qua nhà này kể từ ngày đầu. Con số ấy do người sáng lập cung cấp ngày 13/08/2026, đã tự đính chính xuống từ chính ước lượng trước đó của anh, và chưa ai đo lại một cách độc lập. Để đưa một người thợ AI lên đúng chuẩn nhà trước khi nó làm được việc gì có ích, mỗi phiên tốn khoảng 9.988 token ở các ghế Claude và khoảng 13.710 ở các ghế Codex, đo ngày 13/08/2026, và đó là sàn chứ không phải trần: còn bảy lớp chi phí chưa đo tới. Đứng sau cả hai con số là hơn 2.700 giờ làm việc tay chân với AI. Nhà cố tình in con số khổng lồ ngay cạnh con số tí hon, rồi để phép chia lại cho người đọc.
Bốn cái tên gánh phần việc, mỗi tên một vai. Wi Hazumi là người sáng lập và tác giả, đứng tên sách, bài luận và những lần nói trước công chúng. Wi Works là tổ chức, đứng tên nghiên cứu và số liệu. Hazumi Maison là nhà sản phẩm, đưa tay nghề AI tới khách qua ba cánh cửa, xếp theo đúng một câu hỏi: dữ liệu của khách phải đi xa tới đâu. Ruột máy ở lại trong xưởng, nên thứ được công bố là số đo và câu chuyện, không phải cỗ máy. Không con số nào ra ngoài mà không nói mình từ đâu tới. Và mọi cái quyền nhà này cấp đều mang sẵn ngày hết hạn, để không ai phải nhớ mà đi thu lại.
Bản thông cáo này là trang đầu của một câu chuyện dài có ghi ngày: nghiên cứu, sản phẩm và công cụ mở sẽ lần lượt ra mắt trong những tuần tới qua kênh riêng của từng nhà, từng chương theo đúng thứ tự. Điều gì sau này được sửa thì sẽ ghi rõ là đã sửa, kèm ngày, bởi một kết luận không bao giờ phải sửa thì ngay từ đầu đã chưa từng là một kết luận thật.
